Miss Deanne needs to be called out on this one.  I just opened this as I'm going through

multiple but important emails; HOW DELIGHTFUL ARE OUR CITY'S EMPLOYEES!

 

Take a look at what citizens, builders, developers, and others are up against.  ~~OPPOSITION FACILITATOR, BETTY

Good Morning All,

Plan Cheyenne will be going before the City Council Committee of the Whole,
on March 4, 2014,  6:00 PM. at the Municipal Building, 2101 O'Neil Avenue.
On March 11, 3:30 PM the plan  will be going before the County Commission in
the county building.

Plan Cheyenne allows for multiple lot sizes and walkable neighborhoods.  ( AKA STACK 'N PAK; CREATIVE CONGESTION, ETC.)

There is a limited amount of affordable housing in Cheyenne and not everyone (THEREFORE THEY NEED TO LIVE IN TENEMENTS.)
can afford to buy a single family home on a large lot.

There is a lot of opposition for Plan Cheyenne and it is expected that the  (AKA, CONCERNED CITIZENS WHO PAY YOUR SALARY.
opposition will have a  large turn out.
