Commissioner M.Lee Hasenauer - was told by congress woman Cynthia Lummis commissioner don't stop fighting against Plan Cheyenne your right on that there is bad stuff in Map 21 bill and the MPO needs to go. And Plan Cheyenne and Plan Casper its not good for wyoming.

                                                                  HELP STOP PLAN CHEYENNE

Plan Cheyenne is funded by a Barbra Boxer bill Map 21:                                                    VS    We the People
Clarion Associates designed this plan a evorimental group forces you to go green:      VS    Mom and pop businesses
The MPO gets $800 thousand $114 million for projects adds to the national debt.      VS   Tax payers
This Plan has destroyed Colorado,California,Detroit,Chicago,& New York:                     VS   Wyoming
UDC Codes is the enforcer to implement Plan Cheyenne making you go green:            VS   Our Western Heritage

(If your a Elected Official please help stop PLAN CHEYENNE by voting No)

The zoning  UDC and Plan Cheyenne ordinances restricted small businesses from using THEIR property to its full extent. These ordinances also, obviously, caused lost revenue to many local business, not to mention, the City of Cheyenne and Laramie County.

I feel the UDC and Plan Cheyenne wants smaller "compact" cities with in cities. The idea is people will stay, work, and live in the smaller areas. This idea looks great on paper, but has no practicality. A developer should not have to set aside land for multi-family and business areas when they want to develop single family home lots, or vice versa

Some times it take some one to take local government by the neck shake things up and say lets stop doing what we are doing creating a bigger bureaucracy, its not the answer.

I was told by congress woman Cynthia Lummis commissioner don't stop fighting against Plan Cheyenne your right on that there is bad stuff in Map 21 bill and the MPO needs to go. And Plan Cheyenne and Plan Casper its not good for wyoming.

Thank you all for that standing strong:

County Commissioner M.Lee Hasenauer
